We look across the traditional asset classes – Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Hotels, and those select few properties that meet our criteria are purchased within a syndicate.

Our property syndicates are single asset, fixed term property investment structures which are geared to 60% and 70% of property value. This level of gearing enhances returns to investors, providing high yields and often tax advantaged income flow.

Ashington Investment Management sources the property, creates the syndicate, co-invests in the syndicate with other investors and provides the sound asset strategy and management for the term of the investment.

Ashington also undertakes a development role and likewise with investment property, we form a syndicate to undertake the development with Ashington managing the project and co-investing.

Project management and development is intended to be a very selective, conservatively managed part of the operation. Project management is about managing consultants, clients and contractors, thereby the objectives of achieving maximum value, and ensuring the project is completed smoothly and efficiently are accomplished.
